How Our Custom Orders Work

Once our team receives your enquiry, we will review it and then contact you via email to confirm your order details/requirements and then we will provide a quote. On acceptance of the quote, we will issue an invoice which needs to be paid no later than 48 hours before collection (we will email you when payment is needed). You can choose which Krispy Kreme store you would like to collect your order from, as well as the date and time. That’s it! Couldn’t be easier!

Please note

  • Minimum order quantity for custom doughnuts is one dozen.
  • Our team will respond to your enquiry within 48 working hours (between Monday to Friday).
  • All orders are only ready for collection from 48 hours after the order is paid for and confirmed (depending on stock availability).
  • Orders will be forfeited if not collected on the stated date – any changes need to be communicated with our special occasions team, via email on eventsadmin@krispykremesa.com.

Krispy Kreme South Africa does not offer direct delivery. All orders are for collection/pick-up only, at your nearest Krispy Kreme store.
